A Select Committee of the Legislative Council has been established to inquire into and report on the Residential Tenancies (Minimum Standards) Amendment Bill 2024.
The purpose of the Bill is to amend the Residential Tenancies Act 1995. The inquiry is limited to the content of the Bill. Any person or organisation wishing to make a written submission to the Committee or register an interest in presenting oral evidence to the Committee, is invited to do so by Friday, 13 June 2025.
